Elswick Kids' Hope 16 Heritage Bike

Built around 16" wheels and a high handlebar, the Elswick Hope 16 Heritage Bike gives your child an upright, steady riding position. It's got a woven wicker basket up front, held on with leatherette straps. Full-length steel mudguards and an enclosed chaincase keep mud and the chain away from clothing.
